How to Create a New Training Plan?

Get started with a personalized running plan tailored to your goals and fitness level.

1. Open the Plans Tab

Tap the Plans tab located in the bottom main menu of the app.


2. Manage Plan

Tap Manage Plan to view your current plan or start a new one.

3. Start a New Plan

Tap Start New Plan to begin creating your personalized training schedule.

4. Personalize Your Plan

You’ll be guided through a series of questions to customize your training plan:

  • Plan Duration
    Choose the number of weeks you want to train, or select a default length using one of our preset plans.

  • Running Goal
    Select a goal, such as preparing for a specific race or building general fitness.

  • Experience Level
    Choose your running experience. This helps adjust training intensity and mileage volume to fit your fitness.

  • Current Fitness Level
    Enter your most recent or estimated 5K, 10K, half marathon, or full marathon time. This information is used to calculate your personalized workout paces.

  • Initial Weekly Mileage
    Input the number of miles you currently run in a typical week. This serves as the baseline to calculate your weekly mileage progression for the rest of the plan.

  • Training Days
    Select the days of the week you'd like to train.

  • Race Day
    Choose the date of your race, if applicable. You also have the option to name your race for added motivation.

5. Add Strength Training (Optional)

Once your running plan is created, you’ll be prompted to add a strength training routine. This is optional, but highly recommended to support your performance and reduce injury risk.

6. View Your Plan

Go to the Plans tab to view your full training schedule. You can:

  • Navigate through each week

  • Tap on specific days to see workout details

  • Start or record workouts directly from this screen

💡 Helpful Tips
  • Read the workout description ahead of time so you know how to approach it.

  • Set the plan duration based on your race date, making sure you give yourself enough time to build up to race readiness.

  • You can modify or reset your plan from the Manage Plan screen at any time if your schedule or goals change.
