Yes, it does. Run Flo automatically keeps a running total of all the miles you've logged—whether you're following a training plan, doing a free run, or syncing workouts from another device.
🏃♂️ What’s Included in Your Total Mileage?
Your lifetime mileage in Run Flo includes:
Every workout from your training plan:
Easy runs
Long runs
Tempo sessions
Intervals
Warm-ups and cool-downs (with one exception—see treadmill note below)
Any free runs you record using the app
Synced workouts from external devices and fitness watches that connect with Run Flo
So no matter how you run, your miles count.
Treadmill workouts are also included if your data is synced through a supported device. But there's one exception:
Treadmill warm-ups and cool-downs don’t count toward your total mileage
The rest of your treadmill workout does, as long as the data is properly recorded and authenticated
To view your mileage stats:
Open the Run Flo app
Tap the “Activities” tab in the bottom menu
Select “Performance”
You’ll find:
Your total lifetime mileage
A bar chart showing your weekly or monthly mileage breakdown
It's a great way to stay on top of your progress and keep yourself motivated over time.
