How to View My Workout History in Run Flo?

1. Open the Run Flo App
Launch the app on your mobile device.
2. Tap on the “Activities” Tab
At the bottom of the screen, tap the Activities button in the main navigation menu.
3. Select the “Workouts” Tab
Make sure the Workouts tab is selected at the top of the screen. This view shows all your saved runs—including easy runs, long runs, tempo workouts, interval sessions, and free runs.
4. Find a Specific Workout
You can either scroll through the list to find your desired workout or use the search function to enter the date of the workout for quicker access.
5. Preview Workout Data
Once you find the workout, tap anywhere on the workout card to view a quick dropdown preview of your workout data.
6. View Full Workout Details
Tap the arrow icon on the workout card to open the full workout screen. You’ll be able to see total time, distance, average pace, a breakdown of each segment of your run (especially for intervals and tempo workouts), and the device used to record the workout (Garmin, treadmill, phone, etc.).
💡 Tips:
Use the workout date and type as your guide when searching.
All workouts recorded—whether indoor or outdoor—are saved permanently in the Workouts tab unless deleted manually.
