📱 How to Access Notification Settings

  1. Open the Run Flo app.

  2. Tap on the Settings icon (usually found in your profile or menu area).

  3. Select Notification Settings from the list.

🔔 Push Notifications

  • You can toggle Push Notifications on or off. These notifications are sent directly to your phone and include:

    • Workout Reminders (Running + Strength)

  • When enabled, our smart AI system sends personalized push notifications based on your progress and behavior. These may include:

    • Reminders if you miss a workout (or several in a row)

    • Motivational nudges to help you stay consistent

    • Alerts about upcoming important workouts

    • Encouragement when you're consistently on track

  • Turning these on ensures you never fall behind—and helps keep your motivation strong.

📩 In-App Notifications

There are four types of in-app notifications you can toggle individually:

  • Post Likes
Get notified when someone who follows you likes your workout or community post.

  • Post Comments
Receive a notification when another user comments on one of your posts or workouts.

  • Follower Requests
Be alerted when another runner requests to follow you.

  • Message Requests
If you and another user follow each other, you’ll be notified when they send you a direct message.

✅ Quick Tip

You can mix and match notification settings to fit your preferences. For example:

  • Turn push notifications on to stay on top of your workouts.

  • Turn community-related in-app notifications off if you prefer a quieter experience.

By customizing your notifications, you keep your training on track without feeling overwhelmed. Want a quieter experience? Toggle off what you don’t need—Run Flo puts you in control.
