How Do I Submit a Manual Post to the Community Feed?

A manual post lets you share your thoughts, questions, or photos directly with the Run Flo community. Your post will appear both in the main community feed and the You Follow tab, where your followers can see and interact with it.

1. Tap the Community button on the bottom menu of the app.




2. Tap the plus (+) icon in the upper right corner.

3. Add a title for your post.

4. Write any questions, thoughts, or descriptions you want to share.

5. Optionally, add a photo to make your post more engaging.

6. Tap Publish to share your post with the community.

Automatic posts are generated by the app based on your workouts and activities. To learn more about them, please read here.
